Exchange Policy

 

You may ask for a replacement of the product only if:

- The product and its packaging have not been used or damaged and it is in a saleable condition. 

- The product to be accompanied by all necessary documents to prove transaction 

- Notification to us up until 7 days upon product delivery (Orders from Greece), 14 days (international orders) 

- Returns are only possible in case that the item is default.

- Exchange with another piece: If you want to replace it with something else available, then you need to inform us via email, in order to keep your new item reserved for you.

 

Refund Policy

 

 - In case you would like to return an order and receive a refund please do so within 7 days (Orders from Greece), 14 days (International Orders) from the day you purchased the product.

- Products bought from our e-shop and are on sale are not refundable and can only be exchanged with other products on sale or products from any collection available in our shop. Customer is responsible for covering any difference in prices between the two products.

- That shipping costs to replace or return the product are being paid by the customer, while we send the replaced one for free! 

- Prior to any returns, please consult Andry's Closet by email in order to withhold the size or product replaced and the delivery address!
